The designer and entrepreneur Rucht D'Oleo will publish her textbook, El Negocio de la Moda in Dominican Republic next October.The textbook is the first edition of a complete and professional guide how to design, produce and market a ready- to-wear collection and it is aimed at all students of fashion design , fashion designers and any individual interested in the world of fashion.
El Negocio de la Moda is the only book in Spanish that defines in detail every step needed to establish a brand of clothing and how to handle established fashion houses in the United States and Europe. Beginning with the definition and history of Ready - to-wear, as how to manage a fashion company and how to design a ready-to-wear collection . It also shows how to designs, market, produce and distribute such collections.The textbook is written in Spanish , however , as in the industry there are English words that can not be translated , at the end, the book contains a Spanglish dictionary with the Spanish definitions of all common terms in the fashion industry .The introduction to the textbook is by Ms. Marina Núñez , a professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York , NY and the illustration on the cover is by
